Yandım Çavuş, who introduced the famous shish kebab which emerged in Selçuk province of İzmir, is preparing to give dealerships in response to increasing demand.Accelerating its practices to distribute dealerships through franschising, “Yandım Çavuş Shish and Ayran Co.” is going to introduce the taste of shish kebab, which is sought by also the foreign tourist, firstly in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bodrum and Marmaris.
Saying that they have had intensive attention with their matchless shish kebab and ayran which is served in Yandım Çavuş Service Area for 50 years, the owner Nazım Kasap has told that they have great demand for deliver dealerships in touristic regions. Having told the they are famous with the taste of the traditional stick shish and ayran, he said “Stick shish was introduced by us in 1957. Our restaurant was very small at first, then our shish and ayran has gained fame gradually and finally received the attention of foreign tourists thanks to their taste. I think because the shish is hot and also my ancestors are sergeants (çavuş), people called it Yandım Çavuş. In 1969, Nazım Kasap laid the foundation of the current facility by tooking over the business and proved its quality with increasing capacity. Rising with a small restaurant, now the Yandım Çavuş is a huge service area and it became a family firm in 1995. The mark was registered yeares before and we are now distinguished from our counterfeits with ISO 9001 and HACCP certificate studies and experienced staff.”
“Taste of our stick shish has received everyone’s attention. We are the focal point of domestic and foreign tourists in our region for years. We are now receving great demand for dealership and finally decided to distribute some in İstanbul, Antalya, Muğla, Bodrum, Marmaris and İzmir by franchising. Now the target is to distribute our taste in 2008.”

Pointing out that the most important condition to get dealership is innovation and constructing institutional standards, Nazım Kasap has told that they completed the institutional identification studies. He has told that provide hundred percent customer satisfaction with the help of ISO 9001 Quality Assurance and ISO 22000 Food Safety Management systems. These works are also constituting the face of the firm and very important for us.”
